Rupture of a tendon Rotator cuff

If a tendon tear of the rotator cuff in the shoulder area occurs, for example as a result of an accident or degeneration, these can be refixed within the first three months as part of an arthroscopy and with the help of a special suture anchor system. Subsequently, the patient is immobilized with a shoulder abduction cushion. Mobilisation of the shoulder will be reached by physiotherapy.
